Create Issue Dialog - Cancel button should ask for verification

In the Create Issue Dialog, at the bottom right side is a Cancel button/link. If you've filled out an issue and accidentally click it all your work is instantly lost. There should be a verification dialog like the one that comes up if you press ESC so you can recover from your error.
