I do not know if this belongs here. If not where should I open this issue?

I have found the next bug when using JIRA with the Google Chrome browser. I can't scroll down a selection list using the scroll bar although it does work with the scroll wheel. I send a picture attached.

I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome.

Could you please help me with this?
