Attach screenshot applet doesn't work in IE with Java update se7u51

Steps to reproduce

1. Update Java to SE7u51;
2. Try to open the attach screenshot applet in an issue using Internet Explorer (any version);

Expected behaviour

Since JIRA is compatible with Java 1.7, the update shouldn't break the applet in IE and everything should be working fine.

Workaround

Install a previous version of the Java update.
