Some features missing after restoring JIRA OnDemand backup to standalone

Symptoms

Below features are not usable/accessible after restoring JIRA OnDemand backup into standalone:

• JIRA standard footer - disabled
• FishEye Configuration - add-on disabled
• Perforce Job Integration - add-on disabled
• JIRA User Server - menu disabled (see JRA-35165)
• Atlassian Support Tools - add-on disabled
• Jelly runner - add-on disabled

Cause

Data from pluginstate table from JIRA OnDemand brought over into generated backup files. Check attached file for the list.

Workaround

1. After backup data imported, stop JIRA
2. Access JIRA database
3. Empty pluginstate table with below queries:

   DELETE FROM pluginstate;
   

   Remember to create a database backup and check if the SQL query above compatible with your database type.
