unable to find resource 'VM_global_library.vm' is back like a bad habit

I'm working with one of our commercial plugins (Last Comment) and I'm noticing this error pop up in the logs during startup. I didn't check to see if it appeared with log level set to debug on my license testing example code in bitbucket but that'd be the first thing I'd check:

Error is same (to me at least, it 'looks' the same) as the one in the cloned from issue.
