      When you're working on an issue, sometimes you need input from someone else, though you don't want to assign it to them. Right now you can mention someone to let them know you need their attention, but the draw back of this method is that you can't indicate attention is no longer needed.

      Right now I'm using labels, NeedsName, so that Name can create a filter to see issues that need her attention, and then she can remove the label once she's provided the attention needed. It would be even better though if we could do this with the actual usernames of people, like the @ feature. Then we could filter on something like "needs attention is current user"
