Incorrect redirect on 'Import from Marketplace' for workflows.

Previously form the 'Workflow' menu users could select 'Import from Marketplace' and choose from a selection of workflows to add to their instance.

Currently, the 'Import from Marketplace' links to https://<instance>/plugins/servlet/wfshare-import but only contains details of add-ons, not workflow items.

There is currently no workaround available for this behaviour due to restrictions for OnDemand customers on the ability to import workflows.
