Read more link in comment of activity stream is not working

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Use the Activity display mode, next to All, Comments, Work Log, and History or the Activity Stream dashboard gadget.
      The 'Read more' link can appear in 2 places:
      1. If the description of the issue is too long to display: Clicking on this will take you to the top of the current issue. This works fine
      2. If the latest comment which appears inside of a blue box is too long to display: 'Read more' looks like a link but doesn't work when clicked and there is no URL displayed in the browser status bar when mouse-over.
