      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, when an external user create a new JIRA ticket via mail handler (with default reporter option), he can not receive notifications for that ticket.

      It would be useful if JIRA can automatically share the new created ticket with the mail sender if he does not exist on the system.
