JIRA 6.1 - Search List Display not showing correct column config

Issue
If user has a Custom View for Search results already set up and selects an item from a search list and then returns to the list, that item then displays the custom view while all other items use the filter view. Issue.jpg

Steps to Recreate

1. Open/Create a issues search list
2. Select "List View"
3. Click on an Issue to view it
4. Click Return to Search

Expected Results
All items display the same column configuration

Actual Result
Select item displays Custom View, all other items display Filter View.
