Linked Issues column in the Issue Navigator can't be dragged and vanishes

Summary

• Attempting to drag the order of the Linked Issues column does not work.
• The column will vanish if any changes are made to the column order.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the Issue Navigator.
2. Add the Linked Issues Column.
3. Attempt to drag it to another column.

Expected Results

It can be dragged and have its order changed.

Actual Results

It cannot, and any other changes to columns cause it to vanish.

Cannot reproduce in 5.2.11.
