      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      The buttons are hidden when inline editing the issue summary

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Open an issue.
      2. Click on the Issue summary to bring up the inline edit.

      Actual: The Save and Cancel buttons are hidden under the Export and Share buttons.

      Expected. They should be on the top.

      Bug in Chrome. It works fine in IE8
