JIRA 6.1 __MSG_gadget.project.pivot.title__ for Pivot Gadget

I18n message translation is broken for one of two gadgets in jira-timesheet-plugin in JIRA 6.1, reproduces with any 2.5.x plugin version and Mac OS or Ubuntu so far.

Both gadgets use the same i18n technique and both work fine and messages are resolved up to JIRA 6.0.8, however in JIRA 6.1 Pivot Gadget title and description messages are not resolved.

Steps to reproduce

1) Install jira-timesheet-plugin-2.5.6.jar (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/jira-timesheet-plugin/version/360)
2) Go to Administration - System - System Dashboard, click Add Gadget, type 'timesheet' (without quotes) in quick filter box:

Expect: Title and Description are resolved for both Timesheet and Project Pivot gadgets.
