      Jira 6.1 fresh install behind Apache reverse proxy
      Added a project with security scheme enabled
      Admin is a member of scheme group and is issue creator too
      Admin can see issues and all

      Admin gets blank Dashboard screen
      JS console in the browser (Google Chrome Version 29.0.1547.65) reports following error:

      Uncaught TypeError: Property '$' of object [object Object] is not a function batch.js:34

      Also getting same error in console when searching for issues...

      Also getting at different times:

      GET https://servername/workflow/rest/helptips/1.0/tips 401 (Unauthorized)
