jira.bulk.edit.limit.issue.count not working in JIRA 6.0

      Summary

      Attempting to increase the bulk edit limit is not reflected in JIRA 6.0.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add jira.bulk.edit.limit.issue.count=2000 to jira-config.properties.
      2. Restart JIRA.
      3. Verify it appears in the logs in startup, e.g.:
        ___ Application Properties _________________
        
             ...
             jira.bulk.edit.limit.issue.count              : 2000
        
      4. Restart JIRA and attempt to bulk edit.

      Expected Results

      You can bulk edit 2,000 issues.

      Actual Results

      You can only bulk edit 1,000 as in the attached screenshot.

      Workaround

      Add the following line to the jira-config.properties file as per How to edit the jira-config.properties file:

      jira.search.stable.max.results = 2000
