REST Browser Not Displaying

When viewing the REST Browser at URL:
https://jira.atlassian.com/plugins/servlet/restbrowser#/

Nothing loads in the left sidebar and the following errors are generated (in Firebug):
Error: Unknown provider: showPublicOnlyFilterProvider <- showPublicOnlyFilter
Error: Circular dependency:
All errors are reported in the rest-api-browser.min.js
