A couple of rendering problems have been observed with the Assigned to me gadget in JIRA 6.0.6, affecting different browsers including I.E., Firefox and Chrome.

      • In I.E.8 the layout is quite broken, as show in the screenshot:
      • Also, in chrome and firefox, there are times when the list of issues is cropped from the bottom. This behaviour appears to be a bit random and hard to reproduce. For instance in the screenshot below, instead of showing 10 issues as configured, only 3 issues are displayed the rest seems to be clipped off.

            Hi heshanm,
I used plugin from JIRA 6.0.5 (jira-gadgets-plugin-6.0.5.jar) because it worked and it works, take a look:

            Hi Andrei,

Your workaround work fine. Thanks Andrei. Did you test this for IE9? It seems there are some issues with IE9 ie9.jpg

            regards,

            mizan,
            I had the same problem.
You can replace jira-gadgets-plugin-6.x.x.jar in JIRA_INSTALL/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/atlassian-bundled-plugins.zip. It works.

I have the same issue as Steven Lam and John, in chrome and firefox the bottom is cropped off. Oswaldo, what's the fix for this? We're running 6.0.7 64bit.

Fixed and tested OK on both Chrome and IE8, working as expected now.

I encounter exactly same as @Steven Lam, and it affected all browsers. Out customers are heavily affected.

I am also having this same issue, as well as an issue editing the "Assigned to Me" filter.

When clicking "Edit", the popup showing the edit screen shows, however, when clicking "Save" the popup does not disappear. The user will need to click "Cancel".
This only happens with the "Assigned to Me" gadget.

It looks related, however, I can create new issue if deemed unrelated.

If any others having this issue could confirm, that would be great.

            Regards,
            Steven

For me, it appears to be not resizing the height correctly after data is dynamically updated. The shortened gadget initially loads empty until it can load the data, then it doesn't resize and the default size is about three rows tall. But if I edit it, it does expand to the correct height for the edit screen, but then gets stuck at that height and ends up being too tall for the amount of rows to display and I see a lot of white space.

Note, I'm also seeing this with the "Issues in progress" gadget.
