Jira does not open on System dashboard

      If a user navigates to https://jira.qps.nl when not logged in, the user ends up at a login page with url "https://jira.qps.nl/login.jsp?os_destination=%2Fsecure%2FDashboard.jspa" instead of the system dashboard with url "https://jira.qps.nl/secure/Dashboard.jspa". If that last url is typed in directly than Jira correctly shows the system dashboard with log-on on the right.
