jar file is corrupted in the repo

Hi,
I've put JRJC version 2.0.0-m3-SNAPSHOT in my pom.xml, but encountered the following error while trying to do "atlas-mvn eclipse:eclipse":

Then I tried to download the jar file manually ( https://maven.atlassian.com/content/groups/public/com/atlassian/jira/jira-rest-java-client/2.0.0-m3-SNAPSHOT/jira-rest-java-client-2.0.0-m3-20121213.133322-8.jar ) and double clicked it to open it, and then I got the message the archive is corrupted. After viewing the binary content of the file, I came to conclusion it's a plain xml file, so it should be fixed, I guess.
