"Where is my field" is not working for Create Sub-task Screen

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login user with Administer permission.
      2. In an issue, go to More Action >> Create Sub-task
      3. In the pop up dialog of create sub-task screen, click on the "Configured Field" at the top right of dialog
      4. Click at the "Where is my field" link.

      Expected Results:

      Where's is my field dialog will be pop up.

      Actual Results:

      No action after click on the "Where is my field?" link.
