Problem summary:

• When we use Advanced Search in Issue Linking at Issue View page only by using JQL Queries, the page only return 10 issues
• If there are more than 10 issues for that JQL query, all others will be ignored.
• To explain it better, please refer to the screenshots.
  • issue_navigator Shows 14 issues
  • Issue Link page only show 10 issues

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create DEMO project
2. Use JIRA Data Generator to generate 100 issues
3. Open DEMO-99 and go to More actions > Link
4. Click on search for an issue link
5. Search for "DEMO" in simple search or advanced search

Actual behaviour:

• Only 10 results are shown
• Run the same search of "DEMO" after adding those 10 issues, will continue to show the same set of results

Expected behaviour:

• All relevant issues should be returned
• If the list gets too long, maybe the results can be returned in different pages. (Which can be navigated from the results.)
• Next set of search should automatically ticked the already-selected-issues
