Duplicate Custom Fields causing Basic search error

Steps to reproduce:

1. add a Custom Field (tested for Text and User Picker types);
2. add another Custom Field with the same name, but no configured Context;
3. attempt to perform a Basic search by the first field - an error will be displayed:
   

Advanced Search doesn't appear to be affected.
