Workflow arrows' position resets

There is an odd behavior when a user tries to modify the workflow arrows (in the Diagram) mode, and position them to the edge of the status. It seems that when he goes out of the Diagram mode to the Text mode, and then comes back again to the Diagram mode, those arrows' modifications will be reset to the default arrow position.

Steps to produce:

1. Go to (Issues > Workflows)
2. Choose a workflow and edit it in the Diagram mode
3. Try positioning the arrows to the end of the statuses
4. Go to the Text mode of the workflow and then go back again to the Diagram mode

You will notice that the arrow was back to the default position.

It will be nice, if the arrow remains in the same position, instead of resetting back to the default position.
