      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      JIRA simply refuses the credentials of a user that has been deactivated (revoked application access) by an administrator. It would make a good improvement, as well as avoid some confusion, to have a message stating the reason they are not able to log in.
