Text is cut off when Project Picker Custom Field item is selected from dropdown

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to View Issue page, which has a project picker custom field.
2. Click on the field value to inline edit.

Notice that the item gets selected and it is chopped off at the bottom.
