    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • In detail view, click the comment button on an issue that has a vertical scrollbar
      • Type some text and then @-mention someone
      • Now scroll the page

      Expected:

      • The @-mention dropdown menu scrolls with the page

      Actual:

      • The @-mention dropdown stalks
