The Page tipsy on the issue navigator lose alignment on the small browser windows

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Perform a search.
2. Resize the browser window to a smaller width.
3. Hover over the pagination links. Notice the tipsy to be out of alignment.

In some case the the tipsy overlaps with the page links and hence making it impossible to navigate to the next the page of the issue search result.
