Problem

A lot of users need either to remove the default "Name" and "Email" from the Issue collector or set them as required. Neither of these options are currently available to be configured without customization.

What we want

We want to have the possibility of modifying these fields just like any other else, so we can set them as required or remove them in case it's necessary.

Workaround

There is no workaround for JIRA OnDemand.
