Return to search link disappears after adding screenshot to issue

1. Use search for issue to generate a list of issues
2. Select one of the issues by clicking it's hyperlink - full edit.
3. Notice that "return to search" and up/down available in top right of screen
4. Attach a screen shot and click attach
5. Screen of issue selected refreshes and removes "return to search" and up/down arrows.
