If an user has a big number of repositories in Fisheye (for example 60 repositories) and uses workflow transition conditions inside JIRA ("No open review"s and "No Unreviewed Changesets" for example) the transition will timeout. We need to make this process faster.

Workaround

Increasing the timeout value of atlassian-jira/includes/js/ajs/smartajax.js file will do as a workaround (the default value specifies a timeout of 60000ms. Increase this value).
