JIRA should block an ActiveDirectory/LDAP user account based on maximum unsuccessful logon attempts

      When JIRA is configured as Connector (and Read-Write) to a LDAP, such Active Directory, and a user tries to logon multiple times with incorrect password, JIRA should offer an option to block this user account on LDAP or just obey the AD GPO. Actually it doesn't occur.
