Week Number in Calender Error for German, France and Spanish Default Language in Chrome Browser

The week number on the Calender is shown incorrectly with 2 week number 1 if you change the default language to German, France and Spanish. Was able to recreate this on Chrome Browser.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a date picker on the Default Screen
2. Change to German Language as the default language
3. View the calender and change to January (Januar)
4. Notice that there are two week 1

Note: This behavior is not noticeable on Firefox (19.0) and Internet Explorer (10), only Chrome (25.0) are affected

Workaround

1. Look and Feel (g + g + Look and Feel) and scroll to the bottom, on the option Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker, change to yes.
2. Change default language to English
