Adding attachment to Issue Collector disables submit button in IE8

Current Behaviour

When a user accesses an Issue Collector associated with a website using Internet Explorer 8 and try to attach any type of file, the button 'submit' is disabled and does not work.

Scenario

This only happens with IE8. Works fine on all other supporte browsers.

Expected Behaviour

The submit button should be enabled after attaching a screenshot.

Possible cause and solution

This is possibly caused because IE requires you to use XDomainRequest instead of XHR for cross site procedures.
