Cannot set Field Values in page using issue collector.

When disabling the option "Collect Browser Info", the custom trigger to set a default value will not work.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an Issue Collector.
2. Disable the Collect Browser Info.
   
3. Set up a custom trigger.
4. Set the default values of fields using JavaScript.

As a result, no values are presented.

If a user enables the Collect Browser Info, the custom trigger works (see Enable_Collect_Info.PNG).
