'Create Issue' button on Classic boards launches the Greenhopper form instead of the JIRA form even with Card Creation disabled

Steps to reproduce:

• Log in to JIRA and try to create an issue. The JIRA create issue form is displayed.

• Now, go to (Agile > Classic >). Click "Tools" and then "Configure". Disable the option Card Creation, to force creation of issues via JIRA.

• Click on the Create Issue button in JIRA. Greenhopper create card form is displayed
