Description
When I go to Administration > Plugins > Manage Plugins and click on Disable communication with the Atlassian Marketplace, after restart the instance I'm still receiving 'WARNS' in the log file saying that JIRA is not able to communicate with marketplace.atlassian.com.
This appears when I start JIRA:
