Field Helper is accessible from Issue Nav and GreenHopper and gives incorrect answers

1) Go to an issue in planning mode of a rapid board in GH.
2) From the cog menu on that issue, pick "Where is my field?"
3) Choose a field that isn't displayed in GreenHopper's more condensed view, such as Resolution on an open issue.
4) The helper tells you it should be present, but it's not.

Also appears in the issue nav and gives even more incorrect answers, as there are even fewer fields visible there.
