One and Two Dimensional Hit Collectors should cache their values against the segment readers, not the directory reader

The One and Two Dimensional hit collector classes use the ReaderCache to cache document field values.

With the introduction of Lucene 3.2 these classes should have been changed to cache against the segment readers that are passed to the setNextReader() method.

Without this change they continue to eat huge globs of memory as they always did.
