Time sheet report not generating correct filename for Excel export

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      When generating a Time Sheet report and clicking Excel view, the file given for download is named ConfigureReport!excelView.jspa (in Firefox) and ConfigureReport!excelView.xls in Chrome.
      The contents is still correct, but the filename and/or file extension is not.
