Any non-jira-administrator user commenting on an issue results in "navigation warning" popup

      When any user that is not in the "jira-administrator" group comments on an issue, it results in the "navigate away from page" warning as if the form was marked as dirty. Turning off the inline editing function is a temporary workaround.
