Rename in default transition from copied default workflow not reflected in issue view

When renaming a workflow transition where the workflow was copied from the default workflow, the name is not reflected in the issue view page.

Note: It seems only happens for workflows copied from the default.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Copy the default workflow and added your prefer name on the copied workflow.
2. In the copied workflow, go to one of the step's transition(eg. In Progress of Open step) and rename it to your prefer name.
3. Associate the new copied workflow to a workflow scheme and then associate to a project.
4. Create a new issue and proceed to the status where the transition name was changed. The transition button will still remain the old transition name.

Causes:

The transition-id number still same although the name is changed

Workarounds:

Delete the old transition of the copied workflow and add a new one, which will change the transition-id.
