Unable to expand "Customize Colours and Dates" in Look and Feel

When user install the Atlassian plugin "Admin Helper" and enable it, "Customize Colours and Dates" section can't be expand via Administrations > Look and Feel > Edit Configuration.

Besides, other navigator menus will not be clickable except 'Administration'. Please see the screenshot.

After disable the "Admin helper" plugin, everything will be work normally.
