rendering issue with Issue Collector popup box

The issue collector popup box renders as expected in Firefox and Safari but is not displayed in a proper format when viewed in IE.

The 'email' form text-element is chopped off when viewing in IE 6/7/8/9(also shows scroll bars on the right and the bottom of the popup box), but appears fine in Firefox and Safari as shown in the screenshots below.
