Shorter time needed to open Release Version dialog for large list of versions

    Description

      When there are about 1000 versions created for a project, JIRA hangs after clicking on the 'Manage Version' link. This popup is showing:

      This happens when using FireFox or IE. It works well when using google chrome or opera.
