      Hello,

      We have a pretty simple setup where developer can do almost anything.
      Some transitions are supposed to be limited to the Project Lead only.
      At the moment there's no such condition to use in the workflow transitions.

      I think it would be useful to add it.

      Curently I am using the administrator project rol to accomplish this, which renders the Projec lead property almost useless.
