Some admin screens are very slow in JIRA 5.1

      When you have a large instance (265 field screens & 323 fieldscreentabs seems quite large), it seems that is not possible to access any field configuration screens of any project. When trying to do so, JIRA displays eletric charlie's screen. The instance has been already restarted to check if the problem got away, but no success. This looks like performance problem in jira.

      Other admin screens that display screen-related information are also affected, taking minutes to display.
