Issue Collector feedback appears to be bundled in 5.1 release candidate

      The "Got feedback for the new look" issue collector appears to be displayed in the bottom right of JIRA (at least on the view issue screen - may be displayed on other screens).

            mdoar, the official intention is that the JIRA "Got Feedback" button and the "Got Feedback for the New Look" button would only appear in EAP releases.

            This has gone out to OnDemand in the 155 release. We'll need to ensure this is fixed for the 5.2 milestones that are going out to OnDemand in the future.

            Verified that the 'Got feedback for the new look' issue collector is no longer shown(anywhere) on the View Issue Page.

            Tested on:
            JIRA On Demand running on: ondemand-fireball-jira-master-kickass-31
            and KA Plugin version: 1.1.5
