Inline edit: Saving changes automatically closes dropdown menu

1. Click to inline edit summary field.
2. Change the summary field's value.
3. Open a dropdown menu in the navigation bar (or anywhere for that matter).

When the save completes for the summary field, the dropdown menu is automatically closed.

Affected: Frother control menus, system navigation menus, attachments dropdown, stalker bar dropdowns.
