With Quick Edit dialog, Retry Operation on XSRF Token Missing Error dialog, fails.

Clicking 'Retry Operation' on XSRF Token missing Error dialog, results in BAD Request.
1. Launch the Quick Edit dialog.
2. Intercept the request and change the atl_token, run the request.
3. Update issue
4. This would result in XSRF Token Error dialog with 'Retry Button'.
5. click on 'Retry Operation' button, this does not turn the dialog OFF,
Request results in 400 - Bad Request error.

On exploring this issue more, the reason for the failure of "Retry Operation" is because the Issue Update failure, E.g. invalid value in a field, failed to fill in a required field which was recently added and user is updating an old issue.
