Project Import should retain Rankings for GreenHopper

      If a user imports only 1 project, they will expect all the information relevant to the project to come with. This is not true for per Project Imports. We should improve the project importer to handle this better.

            I would definitely like to see this implemented. My organization is attempting to consolidate several servers from several different locations, some of which use GreenHopper and some of which don't, and per-project import is the only viable way for us to accomplish this goal.

            I know that there are several ways to work around the issue, but it's unexpected to have imported rankings be completely unrelated to their original rankings.
